Shipping availability depends on the item and delivery address. Available shipping options and charges are shown at checkout before payment.

Processing and delivery

Please check each product page for its processing and delivery information. Processing time and carrier transit time are separate. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates.

Items may ship directly from an authorized fulfillment partner. If an order contains items from different partners, they may arrive in separate packages.

Tracking and delivery questions

When tracking becomes available, it is included in the shipping confirmation. Check that your delivery address is correct before completing checkout.

For a delivery issue, damaged package, or address correction request, contact Vaya Papaya with your order number. An address change may not be possible after an order has entered fulfillment.
