Refund policy

Returns

You may request a return within 30 days after delivery. Items must be unused, complete, in their original packaging and in the condition received. Keep your order confirmation as proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact Vaya Papaya with your order number and the item you want to return. Wait for the return instructions and label before mailing anything. Returns go to the address provided with your authorization, not to our business mailing address.

For approved returns of our current The Fidget Games products, there is no return-label fee or restocking fee. Original shipping charges are not refunded for a change-of-mind return.

Damaged, incorrect or missing items

Contact us if your order arrives damaged, incorrect or incomplete so we can review the issue and arrange the appropriate resolution. Include your order number and a description of the problem.

Refunds

After the returned item is received and its condition is checked, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the credit.

Order cancellation

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel. Cancellation is not guaranteed once fulfillment has begun. If the order has shipped, use the return process above.
